Basement and retaining wall waterproofing is required when a structure is built at ground level or below that can be affected by the level of the water table. A build-up of water in the ground surrounding the basement, raises the water table, leading to hydrostatic water pressure, that produces water penetration through cracks, joints and structural weaknesses. Without effective waterproofing, this water ingress can then lead to mould, decay and other damp related issues.

Bluebell provide basement and retaining wall waterproofing from the positive side using externally applied liquid and sheet membranes or from the negative side using internally applied epoxy or cementitious membranes, to prevent the ingress of moisture.
