Full balcony remediation

Unfortunately, sometimes, the effects of moisture ingress can be considered too late to solve with a new, fresh, membrane system.

The decking boards and timber supports may also need replacing.

Bluebell are experienced in the full or partial remediation of a failed balcony or terrace build up. We will strip out and replace all defective boards and support timbers before applying the chosen waterproofing system and overlying tiles/finishes
